Welcome to Glenelg Park

Glenelg Park has been purpose built into a boutique thoroughbred broodmare farm from the ground up since its purchase in 2011. Our picturesque 230 acre virgin horse country is situated in a fertile valley amongst the Balmattum Hills, only 10 minutes from Euroa and less than 2 hours from Melbourne Airport.

Century old River Red Gums provide natural shelter scattered throughout the gently undulating paddocks creating the perfect conditions to rear your thoroughbred athletes. All horse fencing has been designed with your horse’s safety as our number one priority and our stables offer large open boxes built to maximize ventilation and comfort for your thoroughbred.

Glenelg Park is a family owned and operated business run by Danny and Sarina Swain.

Danny spent 15 years building his knowledge working on thoroughbred studs in NSW. These include Yarraman Park, Vinery, Segenhoe Stud as Yearling Manager, Cressfield as Assistant Manager and Managing Reavill Farm. Sarina has a background in office management and small business which sees her balance her time between running the office and raising children Ella and Ollie.

- We pride ourselves in offering an honest, reliable and personal relationship with our clients. We look forward to the opportunity of caring for your thoroughbred with the same enthusiasm, professionalism and attention to detail that we would offer our own.
